The location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was very welcoming.
Negatives:
Other rude guests, they don't change sheets even by request, and we were there 5 days, and blood had got onto the sheets. Fridge made a loud buzzing sound, especially at night, continuously.

The first room they put me in on the first floor had sewer gas smells. I requested a new room and was told that smell is everywhere in their area. Fortunately, the 3rd floor did not have that smell. Also, a draw for me was the free shuttle service. Only, it was not a 24hr service. They have certain hours, starting at 6A, which was when my flight was taking off. Also, the hotel was under construction, so hard to say how it may be in the future.

Toilet is too close to the ground. About a foot off the ground. I flushed the commode while I was sitting on it and my undercarriage got washed. Also for the price you should at least get a Continental breakfast.

We called and asked for a shuttle. Jonathan promised us the shuttle would be running. However when we arrived we were told there was no shuttle. So we had to pay for an Uber. The hotel should have paid for it.. The restaurant had a very limited menu, not acceptable.

Was staying for 5 days. Plane landed 9am.So have been traveling since 3am.Booked as a package. Was unable to get a room till 3:45pm. Then tried to give me a room that I would be staring at mops and ladders and large equipment for 5 days. They gladly remedied this once I asked to be moved. Any reason why coffee can’t stay out all day? Then, I’m on vacation. I’d like to sleep in till 9 or 10.. then breakfast is closed. Pity
In all 5 days, our beds were made once. They emptied garbage , new towels, never made bed or vacuumed. Also a shame because I usually tip well. First time I ever didn’t leave a tip.
