The Coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit cups. Friendly staff. And being on the first floor since the Elevator was broke.
Negatives:
Hotel needs an renovation. This is an OLD dinghy looking La Quinta. Carpet is messy, walls are here and there dirty, bathrooms same.
Not a Hotel for people with OCD or germ crazy guests. You smell weed around the hotel and there are some folks hanging out in the lobby that I wasn't sure off.
Rooms didn't get cleaned good. Dirty towel under the sink and a rag on the Shower rail. Not from me.
There was no wash rags.

I tried calling and emailing due to Hurricane Idalia ; my reservation was 8/29-8/30. I got no response or phone call to take care on my reservation- I would’ve appreciated being able to cancel my room. Instead, I got charged the next day. Please credit my account to make this right.

The hotel was dirty it was roaches out in my room and my bed The tub the bathroom wasn't even clean properly the rug stinks and the staff was rudely as hell Mr Miller he need to be fired from there how he treated me and if you need no information my number 727-280-4669 thank you

The rooms the bed was hard the roaches was in there all along the back they get in the bed with you the bathroom is dirty the sheets was dirty the spread had holes in them and the rugs in the hallways were filthy I offered to help clean them but I have my own commercial cleaning business and they said no

No elevator, 5 bags, third floor the wife is crippled with crutches and no way to get to the third floor but carrying her up there. And I said the elevator has been broken already for 3 weeks they should have did something kept the first floor clear for handicapped people they didn't it was terrible bring her up and down the stairs.

Bed and room were fine. Didn't like waking up to a maid standing in my doorway just standing there staring at me sleep until my husband was coming back to our room and stood behind her for a couple minutes and then finally asked her what she was doing, and then she turned around and walked out.
