Positives:
Friendly staff, even walked in just as breakfast over and still was treated friendly and given everything we needed and was not rushed out! The pool and hot tube looked really clean! Love sitting outside really nice and in the morning music at a good level on the outside. Wish our stay was longer to enjoy the whole place! Breakfast was good!
Negatives:
It did take our air conditioner a little while to cool off the room. But it cooled off really good. You may want to ask for your air conditioner to be turned on before arriving.

The room was on bottom floor as requested, near handicap parking and near entry doors. The sweet lady at the front desk was wonderful with awesome attitude and personality ! Breakfast room was nice and the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. I stayed twice within a month and this was 1st stay. 2nd stay was very disappointing, and different ladies with negative attitude at desk, made it worse.

my entire second stay,,,,, with my children, after telling them how nice first stay was,,,,,, desk clerks were rude ( 1st stay that girl was awesome !) I asked for bottom floor room as I could not do stairs (no elevators) they said sorry too bad,,,, it was early afternoon and I think there was a way to make a swap if they cared to. They were too busy rolling their eyes and getting ready to leave for the day. Also,,,, need a few handicap spots near front entrance,,,, the employees took all the first spots ! I saw them leaving and was a bit surprised !!
