It is out dated, carpet & sofa had stains everywhere. There was someone else's hair inside one of my wash clothes. The breakfast, have you ever tried to open a bagel with a spoon? It's hard, out of knives, out of cereal, no decaf, apple juice, or milk that I could see. She sd it was a holiday and the truck usually comes on Monday. Well memorial day isn't new. Extra should have been ordered the Monday before.
I'm sure if everything was updated you'd have a lot more traffic.

person working under car back parking lot, drunk man(seemed to live there) uses card key to assist opening back door that does not work properly and was told my employee to use room smelled musty til a/c was ran for awhile...property not well maintained..don't think corporate owned - site should inform...used front parking felt safer

Do not stay at this hotel unless you absolutely have to. They are undergoing much needed renovations so it's very noisy. The daytime front desk clerk is abhorrent; rude, disrespectful. She is the worst! Walter, night shift, however is excellent.
