The room smelt like cigarettes i walked into the bathroom dead roach were unexpectedly was inside the folded towel then I see a group of roaches crawling around the toilet and the walls everything looked too good to be true it’s infested and wasn’t a good place being that I had my one month old and one year old with me. Housekeeping very rude bams on the door to rush you out at 10:30!! and before I could get up to answer it my door was unlocked by housekeeping and she looked directly at us with no care in the world while we were still getting dressed very unprofessional and rude while my kids were with me

The location was close to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
Room needs a complete overall. Bath door was falling apart. The inside of the room door had way too many drill holes from removed devices making very easy to push in. Room needed a complete makeover.
Bedding had cigarette holes in the cover and sheets. Bathroom had bugs coming in and out from cracks between the tub and wall.
