Positives:
The room was clean, and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The staff was professional, very friendly, helpful, and made our experience enjoyable. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, and there was plenty of parking. The location was in close proximity to the venues we were attending and places to visit in Clearwater and Tampa.
Negatives:
The room was clean; however, the smell of the cleaning chemical used never left the room. The hotel is dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The pool was full leaves and bottom of it was mucky. You could see foot scuffs through it.
The floor in kitchen area was dirty. The sofa had to be covered with a sheet because it was dirty and the unit smelled like animals. The coffee was in the laundry room with packets of dry powder stuff for cream.
