Positives: Blankets were filthy. Not just with stains but crusty spots all on them. Shower floor is also gross. Asked for new blankets and they brought blankets with hair on them. Front desk night staff said they must have forgotten to wash the blankets.

Negatives: Absolutely disgusting. 0 stars if I could and I still was forced to pay for the night even though we had to leave and find another hotel.

Positives: Its my 2nd time going and the service has not failed. Super clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfy. Im 8 months pregnant, so the pillows were top notch. Staff are always SUPER welcoming. And the part I love the most when staying multiple nights, is that they have a fridge with a freezer compartment! Since Culvers was a few mins away, I was able to get a my favorite custard ice cream, to put away away in case my craving decided to wake me up in the middle of the night. :D I will continue staying there when going to Clermont!
