Positives:
We had an oceanfront room on the top floor. The views were great and we were able to watch a rocket launch from our balcony. We were walking distance to the Pier. Loved the walk-in shower.
Negatives:
The breakfast had a decent selection of hot food, but they need to get a different sausage. It was like eating cardboard- no flavor and it was crumbly. The balcony chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was way too small if you are staying more than 2 days like we were.

I didn’t like the fact that I called 5 hours ahead to tell them about my delayed flight then when I showed up the receptionist Had done an “audit” before I showed up. Which cancelled my reservation for the night so almost left us stranded at 3 in the morning. Then offered to give a us a different room for twice the price. Finally we were offered room “400” we get the key and got up to room “400” to find it does not exist. So we had to haul all 5 bags of luggage back down to reception and we greeted with an apology. Then given a key to room 201. When we arrived at the hotel it was 2:07. We didn’t get into our room until 3:15. Horrible Experience.

Positives:
First there was a very nice man checking us in that night. He was able to provide us information on a private ride to port for a cruise. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast hot and very good. We had a side view of the beach but still a good view. Loved the waterfall outside of our window. Will come back again!!
Negatives:
I paid $6.00 for 3 bottles of water out the vending machine. No one said there was water on machine by the coffee area. Did not see it until the next morning. It would be nice if that information was posted by the ice machine. If you just wanted water, especially to just take medication you would not have to buy it.
No shuttle service that goes to cruise port from hotel.
