Positives: Nothing. I didn’t get a room! They said our room wasnr clean so we couldnt have the suite we booked It’s 12am why not cleaned I even called when our flight was delayed to confirm late check in Then they assigned us Different rooms. Much smaller not happy but tired ok. Keys don’t work on either room Try again new keys dont work. It’s now 230 am still no room and no solution I attempted to sleep in lobby.

Negatives: What was to like I attempted to sleep in the lobby No rooms no solution for problem they created. Worst service ever. We came pre cruise as many do. Do yourself a favor book else where if you want to guarantee. Room
