The location is perfect as it is near to the shops which is great when you are overnighting and your time is limited. The breakfast offered a large variety to the guests, and the ability to have real coffee (Starbucks) was a bonus.
Negatives:
I was in a room on the ground floor which smelt and there was noise outside throughout the night. The receptionist who "greeted" me was very short in her replies and not very welcoming.

My card is still on hold from your end and the front desk supervisor was very rude and swipe my banking card more than once and was refusing at some point to have it dealt with on the last day of stay Stanley Flores along with Robert Polonio was off great help but Ms. Zanetta Gordon was rude
