It was not clean and I received different information from staff regarding whether or not they had a car seat available for the airport shuttle for my toddler. When I called I was told it wasn?t a problem and yes they had one- that was not the case.

Staff at front desk need to inform guests about the shuttle service- you need to sign up- not informed about that Also, not informed about complimentary breakfast- when, where, hours, etc All this information should be conveyed when checking in.

I have stay several times in Home2 hotel - only one elevators was working in this location - which made it frustrating at time you need it to leave the building ( no one notify us of this situation the bathroom in our room had issues also ..

Breakfast, It's Ok but I miss the Dely and cheese for my toast, maybe changes options for day. Clean... I think the supervision for the clean, especially in the bathroom and bathroom refresh are deficient.

I didn't like the condiments in the room, meaning rather than going to the complimentary breakfast, I like to sleep late and have coffee and breakfast in the room, but there is not enough sugar and creamer in those little packs. This is just a suggestion to upgrade to better quality condiments for guests. I actually went out for coffee.
