Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We used the complimentary shuttle service from the airport which was fine. We called after picking up our luggage and it arrived in about 15 minutes, The Publix grocery store was nearby so we were able to buy some wine to bring onto our cruise ship.

bed was comfy, the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Booked a disabled room, but were given a regular room. I was in a wheelchair because I had a broken leg. So, not ideal. We complained to the front desk but the clerk seemed to not understand, We're Canadian,
and English is our first language! We eventually got a new room, but it took entirely too long to have the room changed.

Clean comfortable bed and room. Easy access to port in the morning. Conveniently located close to airport.
Negatives:
The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive. The breakfast was only so so, it filled you up but it lacked pastries. The pancake machine makes good pancakes though. The bare bones ascetic of the rooms at tru are not particularly appealing to me but they are functional. I noticed that people were waiting a long time in the morning to catch the shuttle to their ships, on the other hand we got our Lyft within minutes and paid half .
