Poor customer service, there is never anyone at the front desk, there roaches in the room, stain tub, stain bathroom sink, the hallway smelled like poop and cigarette although there were no smoking sign all over and the big deal for was way to many dogs.

The hotel smells like stink dogs and there were plenty of them there. The first night I could not sleep because it was so much noise from gust above me. The second night I slept at friend's house the second night; it was horrible.

First the hotel had interesting individuals hanging around in various spots. The room originally assigned to us was not ready and was not cleaned. The second room assigned to us had rust all over the fridge. Roaches were everywhere!!!!!

The hotel room was filthy. I got to the hotel early to make sure I had a room. The rooms was not clean the young lady was overwhelmed. There was a lady yelling at the young lady. I checked in after waiting 45 minutes. I checked in did not check the room.
