Negatives: Old, needs a remodel

Negatives: I did not like anything in this place, nobody help in anything. I had to book that hotel cause I had a medical emergency with my daughter in that area with her specialist my daughter is autistic and nobody wanted to help to switch hotel

Negatives: The rooms smelled like cigarettes, rude employees, who didnt want to help with anything. Msr. Valda was the worst. Toilet seat had pee on it, first they said they dont have any dishes. I ended up getting a pot with half of the Teflon already off

Negatives: Non smoking room with strong smell of cigarettes, dirty everything, but bedding, thanks for that

Negatives: Staff was incompetent, room was filthy, smelled like tobacco and marijuana, roaches, stains on bedding, fire detector was missing batteries, loud barking from dogs in adjacent rooms, trash throughout parking lot.

Negatives: First room smelled like marijuana (despite being non smoking) and the neighbors were slamming on the wall. They moved me to another room that also smelled like pot and had lots of bugs. But the noise wasn't as bad (although still not great).

Negatives: The location

Negatives: Black and green mold on interior & exterior of windows, so bad you could not see out of clearly. Rooms way out dated and dirty.

Negatives: I booked for 7 days (on a Thursday night) and they told me that I had to pay $25 a day for a pet fee when I told them that my dog was an emotional support animal. My dog got attacked by ticks, my 6 year old had a tick crawling on her neck. I went to complain Sunday about it and they told me they had no more rooms to come back Monday, I went back Monday and they told me the same thing they had no more rooms and to come back Tuesday to see a manager that same Monday night it was then a tick crawling on the bed that me and my kids slept in Tuesday comes and the manager still was not there so I had to go pick my kids up from school and when I came back the front desk tried telling me they didnt have any pet rooms pretty stating I had to either stay in that tick infested room or checkout and go elsewhere.. manager then finally comes to the front and tell me she has a room available for me walked in the new room and thought it was cleaner and smelled better just to pull the sheets back and see some type of rodent boo-boo all over even under the pillows so I once again had to go to the office and complain just for the front desk to tell me I had to come back in the morning to speak with manager which left me to staying in the room.. so I asked from desk was me and kids supposed to sleep in a bed that may have some type of bugs and she offered to change the sheets at that point I was completely disappointed and turned off due to me having to pay almost $800 for a hotel that I was not satisfied with so I told front desk I was going to checkout and go elsewhere which I did and came back Wednesday to speak with manager that never showed up. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at that location

Negatives: Was never told about breakfast. Crackheads all over the parking lot all night long. Pleace smelled like weed all around the buildings. Bathtub was dirty and broken wall tiles. Toilet was not bolted to floor.
