Negatives: . Too many sketchy people just hanging around loitering premises. Some of the customers loked like living there long time and abused the premises, dogs pooping everywhere even sidewalk and not cleaning up. Also just throwing their garbage on the ground when containers avail. Need to enforce some rules about noise and sketchy ones making others feel uncomfortable. Not staffs fault but certain customers are just gross.

Negatives: The room was dirty. Long black hairs on the tub, dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink, the floors turned my white socks black, cracks all around the exterior door, very noisy to outside noise, the bed very hard. Glad I had not booked more than just the one night.

Negatives: Room was filty and smells terrible .

Negatives: Roaches

Negatives: Only thing I didn't like is how the keys don't work. They always deactivate so easily, but they always accommodate us, and we gotta make it happen. But the key games sucks, the key system really sucks.

Negatives: Wasn't to clean

Negatives: i’ve got to this facility last night with my children about eight 9 o’clock. I’ll check then I went to the room the kids or eager to go upstairs because we’ve been driving all day. Very very tired exhausted long story short, I gave him the key they went upstairs to try to get in. I stayed in the car grabbing the bags long story short it was a problem from the beginning I was in room 357 for no more than about 30 minutes when I finally got upstairs in the room was hot, steaming hot like a sauna, not suitable for two-year-old a 14-year-old and a 17-year-old, not myself. definitely didn’t seem like something that was worked on from what I was told from the lady that checked me in Donna long story short I’m trying to make it as short as possible but I want to be as detailed as ever because I had a horrible experience last night the room they are conditioner wasn’t working in room 357 so she told me to turn it off switch it to heat and see if that makes a difference did it didn’t work still blown out here so I’ll wait as she say for about an hour to see if anything was available because she said she’d have to give me a refund or if she can’t find me another room that’s only best option so fine I just came from Orlando now I’m finally here and found a place and here we go with some BS so then I called back she said she’s gonna switch me. She found a room when you get a switch to another room in another building. Now we’re over at the 200 building so we gotta get our stuff. The kids walk over I drive around so now again upstairs room 252 same thing they conditioners unplugged. I have my 14-year-old son can plug it up does not work. No she says meet her downstairs at room 210. Finally a room with a working air conditioner in the bathroom was semi-decent well the tub was semi-decent then the room 357 originally.
