They had a good selection for breakfast and the location is amazing. It's close to restaurants and stores. We didn't technically pay for a beach view but we had a great view of the ocean still.
Negatives:
I'm not a huge fan of having to pay for parking, especially when it's not a garage. I also didn't love the guest policy about having no extra guests in out room. We were visiting for a graduation and not being able to have other people over was a hassle.

My boyfriend and I are medical marijuana patients with severe health conditions and opt to go on the beach to medicate or go far from the hotel in general. We came back to eat our breakfast after looking for shells on the beach and medicating only to be harassed by a small white angry woman with white hair who was screaming and yelling about the room smelling like cigarette …. My boyfriend and I do not smoke cigarette and as I was trying to explain she claimed she would call the police based off of the smell of our clothes… this is violation of hippa rights and cost me $250 for no reason. I paid $240 for one night stay and I would NEVER SUGGEST this hotel to any family or friends who are medical marijuana patients . STAY FAR AWAY IF YIU SUFFER ANY HIPPA LAWS THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE AND WILL EMBARASS AND HAVE YOU RETHINK YOUR DECISIONS ON SPENDING MONEY HERE.

Management is horrible , racist and makes discriminatory remarks after spending $300 + for ONE NIGHT. Parking is also $20 and they charged me $40 after I paid cash for parkin. HUGE DISCREPANCIES IN THIS BUSINESS.
