The fact that it was on the beach. Thats about it.

The area has become very bad. There is a lot of crime and many businesses are boarded up or shut down. It did not feel very safe to walk around.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful but deceiving. The outside appearance would make you believe this is a 4 star hotel until you walk in the doors. Staff was very nice, thats about the only good thing I can say honestly

The hotel itself is falling apart in the inside. The room we had looked like it hasnt been renovated in 20 plus years and the railing to the Balcony was rotted and rusted. The room itself had stains on headboards and just felt like a motel. 2 Star

I found an eyelash and a press-on nail inside our room. The rooms need to be renovated! This is not a 4-star hotel room. I really disliked the julienne (lack of) balcony.
