Key to the room seldom worked. In 2 nights, I bet I had my room key reprogrammed about a dozen times, Ridiculous. Also, they did not clean my room or bring fresh linens. Yes I had 2 dogs with me. But we were gone all day at the dog show.

We were given a room on the second floor the entire hall and room smell like bug spray. We asked to change rooms. And were given a room on the 3rd floor. It also smelled terrible. The shower dirty. We left at 3 am with heads aches.
