The hotel was very neat and clean. The condition of the rooms was great as well as all of the areas of the hotel that I saw. I was greeted by Betty at the front desk upon my arrival. Betty was very cheerful and extra pleasant during the check in process. Betty also assisted me with an issue involving the television in my room by phone and she was again very helpful and indeed a real professional.
Negatives:
Just before 5:00 am I was awaken by the noise of a cart being rolled back and forth in the hallway. This noise continued for about two hours.

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. On the outside it is a beautiful hotel. The hot tub was nice.
Negatives:
The view from our room was of an old venting unit on top of the concrete roof. Mold all over tiles in the bathroom and around the air conditioner intake vent. Room smelled musty. Staff were close to being rude. At over $ 500.00 for 2 nights the value was terrible.

Not enough toilet paper had to request washcloths and coffee stirrers for next day and there was hair in our shower when we arrived and smelled like cat urine to me

They charge doble the money for 3 days more then 2000 dollars plus deposit 150 !!!!! My Son paid everything when we checked in , 951 dollars plus 150 dollars deposit , from 15 to 18 March ! And when we checked out , they charge again another 1150 from the credit card !!!!!!! Im going to the Police to report the Stolen if my money is not coming today

The manager of the restaurant wanted to leave even though it was an hour before they close. So he mopped the floors while 10 of us were still siting there and our noses and throats started too burn from the ammonia.
Negatives:
They used a text messaging system to communicate with me - there was no opt in option for this service, they just started messaging. There should be a consent/opt in message prior to receiving these messages as it was jarring and unexpected.

The staff was super friendly and the bed was very comfortable! Also enjoyed the hot tub!
Negatives:
Bathroom was small for the price of the room. There were no bottles of wine for purchase in the store downstairs and the bar was out of a lot of wines.
