Looked OK in photos til we arrived. Free parking. Location. I think linen was clean but did not dare to inspect. Small beds.

Not clean especially in the common areas. Horrid greasy sweaty humid smell in room. Tired decor. Expensive compared to other accom. in Florida. I have traveled extensively and have stayed in some budget places with cockroaches etc but this has been my worst experience simply because it was unclean and smelly. You have to ask for homeware at reception they do not keep in the kitchenette. They quite rightly state no hot breakfast but for price I would expect it however even
if they offered I doubt I would eat it.

The hotel is good, but the staff are impatient, rude and made a mistake with our service.
We arrived on Sunday and paid for two nights, with check-out on Tuesday. On Monday, they left my pregnant wife and my son with autism out of the room, saying that the room reservation was not in our name, and that the payment was for only one day and in Antonio's name, for some reason they exchanged the room details with another guest and had to wait until they could get in touch with me. It took them about an hour to sort it out. Lack of attention and unpreparedness! Another issue is that they charge for my pet service, but there is no information about this on the website.
