Positives:
The room was large, big comfortable bed, two large televisions and a place to work. The bathroom was of good size and the water pressure was good.
Negatives:
I arrived at noon and worked in the lobby, but the noise the staff made at the reception desk was totally unacceptable and certainly did not convey a professional image or help me concentrate. I said I knew I had arrived early and understood I would need to wait, but at 3:56pm four minutes before the hotel's check-in time the room finally became available. I did not expect my room at noon, but really, it took four hours? The breakfast was also totally unacceptable for the price paid.

Staff was welcoming, room and fitness room was clean.

Its location is clean and nice, surrounded by green space and birds but not really close to the beach, supermarkets etc.

The tvs were down for a few hours. I did end up having to change rooms for a working tv. But staff was helpful in accomodating

Positives:
I love the location of the hotel. It is right off Interstate 95 and close to so many dining places. I truly love how our studio had two televisions. So while I was watching my dramas, my other guest was watching whatever they had interests in watching. The room was very spacious and gave a nice view of the street and small lake near.
Negatives:
I do wish the hotel had balcony.

Perfect place for a private...
Negatives:
Door messed up couldn’t close from outside jammed required technician , poor water pressure, AC was on 72 room never cooled it was stuffy, dirty rag left on tub, toilet handle had to be held down and sometimes flushed twice.
