We were given a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back to the front desk. Our new room the TV was shattered and we already had switched rooms, so I was not moving an additional time. Also the shower leaked

the bed was really nice. but that’s the I kiss positive thing to say about the place

it was vey old and worn out room and building. bathroom was of very poor standard and not fully clean. had to wait for more than 20 minutes for staff to show up and check me in. breakfast was a small bottle of water, muesli bars and two cup cakes pre packed.

HORRIBLE, the gave me a room that it was not ready ( the bed it was messy and dirty ) they didn’t have more rooms available so I couldn’t spend the night there … I’m still trying to get my refund.
FYI the lady at the front desk charge TWICE because she never read that my reservation it was already paid.

Positives:
The staff was really nice and helpful.
Clean for the most part.
Negatives:
We got out into 3 different rooms as the first one had a broken tv that looked like someone threw something at it, scuffs on the wall and such, the 2nd room also had a broken tv then the 3rd room we got didn't have a fridge or microwave.
The property didn't accept cash, we had to put our stay on a credit card instead.

The Front desk staff is great indeed. Now the breakfast, is not exactly breakfast. Coffee, juice, and bag of carbs to go!

The room we were in, was very musty. We coughed the entire time in the room. but its carpeted with an AC unit. Its not a smell. Just moist and allergy potent.
