Positives: Nothing, I met the GM who was a total liar. He said he put my reservation with in the system then when he left his worker said that she could not see it for $80 but charged me $158 with extra fees of $39 to check in early. Then she said he said he would not honor the price for $80 because its not coming up in the computer. It was a big mess.

Negatives: Two things that all the rooms should have and that is a microwave and a small refrigerator. My room did not have any of these amenity. People like to keep cold drinks in the room and sometimes they heat up something like a bagel. I have stayed in other La Quinta motels but this one by far was the very worst one. Also I asked for a wake up call the night night before I was leaving and never got one. The motel computer crashed and we were almost evicted 2 days before we left. I had to show the front desk my receipt of payment for the days I was staying. I should have gotten a large discount.

Positives: Check-in was swift.
Negatives: Entire room smelled like someone had just smoked. The smell permeated every inch of the room and bathroom. Also, the towels and bathtub itself had numerous pubic hairs, so not just an accidental specimen. We left after only being at the property for 50mins. We requested a refund and have yet to receive one. Lastly, the location is in a very shady spot. By this, I mean there was an obvious "substance" transaction downstairs.

Positives: No breakfast in this hotel
Negatives: We checked in on May 14 and everything went well, on May 16 we arrived at the room and the card to enter did not work, additionally in my room there were 2 people, who let us enter to inspect if my belongings were inside. Then I went down to the reception concerned because my belongings did not appear, they told me that they had placed us in room 118, we went to the room and my belongings were not there. I automatically claimed that my luggage had to appear, they took us out of the hotel and I had to call the police. After hours my belongings were found by the police in a large black garbage bag in the kitchen. The manager kicked us out of the hotel because we called the cops. After this, I mistrusted and felt insecure for my family and because I was carrying a 5-month-old baby. It was a bad experience that I had in this hotel. I do not recommend it

Positives: nothing no communication at all. Waited for 2.5 hour because the front desk clerk did not know that the card that was used was excepted and I was said to at the front desk ( Didn't you come up here this morning and get bags ! Don't you have five kids.) I said No and walked away. I will never stay there again.
Negatives: Nothing just like I said no communication at all and the morning front desk is very rude.
