Positives:
The location was great! However I specifically ask the Front Desk about my view. I was advised it was a city view. Well if the garbage deposals and parking lot is the city it’s what she described to me.
Negatives:
The front desk needs more training on being hospitable to your guests! When responding to questions: my question was why do I have a balance on my statement. And I have already paid. I was advised my debit card was pending??? And that’s how the system works? I don’t think that was a proper response regarding my expressed concern.

Small pool area. Thin walls but quiet hours were respected so no issue. Beach was crowded but it was Spring Break and still great.

For $625 a night, no one went out of the way to go above and beyond. Check in was at 4 I arrived at 3:30 and they made me wait in the lobby. Housekeeping staff was also unfriendly and aloof.
