Easy access and close to both blue springs and Ponce de Leon springs

The refrigerator in our room did not work nor did the exhaust fan in the bathroom

The location was close to Stetson university.
Negatives:
When we first arrived my daughter took a nap while my other child and I went to get food. When we returned, she was covered in bites on her right arm and hand. When girl staff was notified they initially tried to deny the marks on my daughter looked like bites but gave us quarters for laundry "incase". They moved us to a different room and we washed every thing that entered the hotel room with us. She did not developed further bites after we moved rooms.
On 8/21 MG Nicole called us to say the room inspection came back clean, which I know can't be true since she was wearing no sleeves and wasn't bit up before she took a nap, and offered no resolution to make up for the terrible stay. She even took an accusatory tone like we she entered the facility already bitten.
I've contacted corporate already and they will be investigating. I will never stay ast this location again.
