I am very glad that I picked this hotel among other options. Its a brand new building, with a wonderful scent in the lobby area, spacious rooms, minutes away from historic district, Atlantic Avenue and best restaurants. Wonderful place, nice vibe. Great pool, good breakfast, fast service. Please don't increase prices because of my review, I wish to come back in a few months)))

The hotel was very clean. The service personnel and house keeping was very helpful and friendly. The location was great. The night personnel at the front desk was always smiling and greeting us. Breakfast was hood.

When we checked in on the 19th the staff was not
knowledgeable and asked on things to do and made a joke of it. Asked for brochures for things to do on area. Just had a map. We had arrived on Monday the 19th for a check out for Thursday. The pool was green on Monday closed the rest of the week. With 95 degree weather that this pool.should of been clean very disappointed.. going back to breakfast before 930 than ran putnof decaf and was not making anymore. Most hotels have coffee 24/7 ,in my extensive traveling i never experienced this. We picked a hyatt so we didn't have these problems and we did.

The breakfast was very nice, The pool area was relaxing. The hotel lobby was very comfortable to relax and meet up with others. Your bartender was honest and friendly. I lost a watch charger and he held it safely for me.

The coffee was very weak. The bathroom in the room had a leak and the floor had puddles and we couldn't get ahead of it even after we told the staff
