Ive stayed here before and had a much better experience. But this time it wasnt good

The room was filthythere was blood stains on the shower curtains and sheets. The water didnt get hot enough. And didnt get the room that Id booked.

The room was clean. Nothing was missing. For the money spent, the room itself was quite acceptable. I wish the lighting in the room was brighter.

The location is rather noisy at night due to a nearby freeway. I could hear motorcycles especially all night. I had to turn the AM radio into a white noise generator to phase cancel some of that noise. It is not the hotels fault. Just consider it.

The room was very dirty. The trash cans had not been cleaned, there was trash in the drawers, the staff was rude, the staff left a dirty was clothe hanging on the shower head. It felt very unsafe for my grandchildren. Area was very sketchy. Wouldn't go.

Checked in @ 0500. Man checking me in was very unpleasant. Felt like I was inconveniencing him. The bed sheets were stained with dirt (I hope) and there were small black pieces of dirt/gravel in the bed. Numerous hairs in the shower and toilet was dirty.

Yes. Overall the room was filthy. Bathroom had numerous hair in the shower, toilet was dirty (seat and behind the toilet), and the remote control was sticky.

The pool area was nice although the bathroom for pool area was unavailable room card would not work lock. Also may think about doing a complementary breakfast like most hotels.

Top bedspread had a big spot/stain on it was able to fold down & not use. Microwave needed to be wiped out better.

They rude to my kids. They had a crazy guy walking around day and night.
