Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. About This Property
The Destin Extended Stay America features studios with fully-equipped kitchenettes and an outdoor pool on site. Guests will be located just 10 minutes’ drive from Big Kahuna’s Water Adventure Park. A free grab-and-go breakfast including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea is served every morning. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in each of these Destin studio rentals. All units also include a work area so guests can get the job done and ironing facilities so they can get their clothes looking good. A fitness center can be accessed by guests of the Extended Stay Destin and there is also laundry facilities on site. Guests can enjoy a refreshing drink or snack from the vending machines or use the barbecue area. Weekly housekeeping services are provided for free. Daily housekeeping is offered for a fee. It was very, very dirty. Dust and bugs and random hairs in my bed and on the floor. There was something sticky in the bathroom door. Also, the air unit was super loud and difficult to control.

I liked the property overall. The room was as nice. It was mostly very quiet. We loved being able to have the option to cook meals in the room.
Negatives:
There was a group of men that were hanging out by the pool drinking for hours even though the rules state no alcohol. Also one of the side doors youre supposed to have to use your room key to enter but anytime I went out that door it was unlocked, no key required for entry.

The staff was very accommodating & got us in at 3:30 in the morning! The room was disgustingblack mold, dirty everywhere, no shower curtain. There were bugs that bit us throughout the night in bed. Highly disappointing for $---for one night! Do NOT !
