Negatives: We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past several years but have found it to be sadly in need of updating. The carpet is threadbare in places, the wall in the bathroom is chipped and there is a general musty odor throughout the hotel. We were very disappointed because we have enjoyed it many times.

Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable, hard springs mattresses needed replaced. there needs to be some deep cleaning done. All of the linens were clean and nice. The bath tub was pretty clean, but the headboards could use some scrubbing, the microwave needed wiped down. The telephone had dust all over it. There was stuff on the bathroom wall stains. The floors do not seem like they’ve been mopped in a very long time. The grout was very dirty between the tile and really could use a good scrub on the floors. The doors needed wiped down as well. There were dirty finger marks and grease stains all over the doors, including the entrance door to our room, the light switch plates were dirty as well. I was afraid to use anything in the room until I cleaned it. Overall, my expectations for cleanliness were definitely not satisfied. We did not see any bedbugs or roaches, which was good. the lobby of the hotel and the breakfast area for dining were cleaner than the rooms. Some of the seating had stains in the dining area, and the tables could have been wiped down a little bit better. There were some sticky spots on the tables. When our room was serviced after the second night, our towels were restocked and our trash was changed, but no extra toilet paper was left in the room for three guests. I had to ask at the front desk.

Negatives: we stay 2 nights, they never cleaned the room, and the fact that we must paid $20. to get our room cleaned, that is trash.
