The beach was at walking distance....

First they hit my account 2 days before my check in date.... I get there for 330pm and the room wasn't ready yet... when I finally get the room... everything in there was opened... all cabinet doors.. drawers... the HK supervisor never came in to inspect the room.... bc she is the one who checks behind and closes them... towels had hair.. shower was dirty... I had a king it had standard size pillows on there.. I sent them (the front desk) a text to change they never did .... later on we went to pool I asked young lady at front desk for pool towels she said I'll bring them to you...never did...1st day it was 8am at breakfast everything was empty coffee was cold only had half and half... it was a disaster in the breakfast area.....
