The rooms were very cozy, loved the windows!

The staff/front desk came off as cold and unwelcoming. On check in, and one other interaction, a female, was extremely rude.banging on the desk while on the phone, with myself an a line of guests watching! She wasn' t having any of it, lol.I'm guessing how she clears the lobby.
