Front desk clerk... Amazing!! Hotel employee did an awesome job being accommodating and getting us in our room as soon as possible. He gave us great suggestions around the area. Provided waters each day to help us stay hydrated. Pool was nice to cool off in.

The room was a little tight. I kept hitting my leg on the sharp drawer handles trying to get around it and go out the bedroom door. More turkey sausage breakfast Daily cleaning daily verses every other day only because the bathroom had a slight odo

In the middle of the night 1230am the ceiling by the open sink area near the bed started dripping heavily and eventully broke through the area. I could not sleep due to the loud dripping.the people at front desk said it had been leaking all week.

Comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing and the location was right by a shopping center.
Negatives:
The breakfast could have been a little better and there was renovations taking place on the floor we were staying on. Noisy during the day. I would definitely stay there again but only after the renovations are complete.

The properly is close to shops and really good restaurants. Also within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf. You can simply walk out of the hotel and arrive at Lululemon (that’s what I did).
Negatives:
The only thing I did not liked is that we arrived during a remodeling. There was banging on the walls, drilling and loud voices (construction workers). When you have a 6 month old with you and he needs a nap, there was no method for me to ask for some peace and quiet.
I did asked the really sweet lady at the front desk when they would be finishing with the remodeling and she mentioned March 2024 (around that time)
