Positives:
Breakfast was the same offer every day - as a result we didn't use it every day, but when we did there was enough to set us up for the day. Note to potential users of breakfast - don't be late, it closes exactly when it says it does - not 30 seconds later,
Negatives:
We accepted the offer of daily service to the room. However, there was no consistency as to when it would be done during the day so it could be difficult to plan your return to your room in the expectation it would be ready to occupy again. On two out of seven days we were there, we had to call reception and request our room be serviced as it had been overlooked. On one of these occasions the maid rudely required that we leave the room while she serviced it, and would not do so until we left claiming it was the rules of the hotel. The other inconsistency was the number of towels etc we were left with - some days we had loads of fresh towels (too many) and on other days we were left with just one or two towels. It was very odd as there was no rhyme or reason as to why we had piles of towels or barely any.
