The location was great, complimentary breakfast was really good. Pool is nice. Staff was exceptional. Restaurant on the water is beautiful!
Negatives:
Rooms could use a bit of soundproofing.. our room was near the restaurant - we heard every delivery and garbage truck. In addition we could hear every step the guests upstairs made.

The location on the wharf is awesome. Just need an updated hotel there.
Negatives:
The hotel is very dated. The bathroom windows need to be replaced where they can be locked securely. The front windows could be replaced with newer windows also. The furniture could also be updated.

Poor communication among staff. The check in person stated my room number out loud. I was charged for a pet when I called early enough to have it removed. Staff was distracted and unprofessional. They do not clean your room, had to ask for clean towels. Then they gave us pool towels. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.
