Customer Service at the hotel was par excellent . We were there for my father's 100th birthday and they acknowledged us with the courtesy of placing his information on the marquis in the lobby. Any issues with our rooms were addressed speedily.

Location was great for our needs.
Parking was more than adequate.
Room seating was terrible as desk chair was fully reclined all the time and foot rest type were inappropriate for two people to use...sat on beds as there were no other decent choices. No drawer storage especially for two. 1/2 of the elevators were out of service = long waits.

Although they were at capacity the night I stayed as well as the next night, they were able to offer me a late checkout. I had gotten the best sleep I've had in months!!!
