I went to front office to get a couple extra towels around 10pm. I was told there were no extra towels because she had no way to access them. I think that’s a little ridiculous.

I was very upset that the day before my arrival I couldve gotten a much cheaper price than what I got. There was very limited breakfast options and area was dirty. The location was in the middle of a construction site.

After returning that evening after dinner, the towel rack in the bathroom had fell of the wall, and the towels had fell into the toilet. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Walked to the front desk to notify the clerk, and was told that she had no access to towels and would let maintenance know the next day. So no towels, and she never even asked what room number.
