Wish we'd been informed of renovations prior to stay. Room had been renovated but old furniture remained, closet had no rod/hangers and smelled like bug spray. Had to purchase Ozone and that didn't completely fix it. ALL amenities were closed: pool, jacuzzi, lobby, lounge, restaurant. Room or nothing.

After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to a relaxing time at this Hilton Garden Inn. We had to use a side entrance because the lobby was a construction site. We had to locate a mobile podium to find someone to check us in. No apology for the inconvenience. We were told that the restaurant was closed and that breakfast would be to go.
The pool was closed as well. There was an unfinished closet in our room. No where to hang clothing. No one in the lobby when we returned from dinner. We should have been offered compensation for our inconvenience. I will not choose Hilton Garden Inns again. There is plenty of competition for travel hotels at better rates.

The bed worked, the TV worked, and bathroom worked. That its. Amanda at the side door was sympathetic and helpful. Offered 2 bottles of water.

There was no breakfast, no lounge, no bar, no newspaper, no pool, ,no check in counter, no front door. The only thing we could like was the bed and bathroom

Was under major renovations in the lobby and throughout the building. Pool was empty of water. Front desk staff gave us keys that didn't work. Reserved a King, got two Queens. Called front desk from room, no answer. Front desk staff when I submitted complaints referred me to call corporate office. Just a bad experience from a brand I used to trust.
