The room was old , lamp falling apart, paint peeling all over, stained carpet, bed hard as a rock. Comforters were old and snagged up a lot . Furniture was old ugly and snagged up ...no coffee maker in this room....friends had a coffee maker but nothing to put in it

The front desk was not staffed. We waited almost 20 minutes for the front desk staff to show and check us in. At checkout I just left the key because i was headed to my wedding and didn't want to be late. The beds were super uncomfortable and there was barely any pillows. I told them in the booking it was me and my 3 daughters but we only had 2 towels. The floor felt greasy and the blankets were thin and uncomfortable

The door would lock sometimes it wouldn't and when you did get the door locked, you could see daylight all around the door. The door jams were open. There was one light in the room. No outlets anywhere. The pool is literally a toilet. Bottom line. Packed with people all day long. There's no bathroom near the pool. The only time people left the pool is when they were done with the pool for the day. Unbelievable that booking.com offers this property. You can keep your recommendations Booking.com I'm pretty much done with booking.com waste of money and I plan on visiting flagler beach and new Smyrna Beach in early fall of this year. I wonder if there is any credits available for this nightmare of a stay
