Positives: First box didint have enough space so I will continue complaining here. Your staff has no idea what they are doing . And I donÂ't expect the most cheery people but Jesus these people seem miserable . Not nice at all.
Negatives: First, no one ever answers the phone. I think I called 10 times to resolve a issue and I had to end up going in person. Second, your front desk has no idea what they are doing and are not pleasant at all. IÂ'm not expecting to be blown away .

Negatives: Well let me start with the smell of mold that had been painted over,it was dirty,people outside screaming,ran out of coffee pods for the rooms asked for new linin and the brought sheets no blanket or cover was overall A bad experience..

Positives: The front desk staff barked for us to wear a mask when her mask was hanging on her chin. Room was dirty, loud music late at night and smoking illicit drugs at pool at night by the pool. This place needs corporate to come in and stay to see!

Positives: Location is OK. Room has microwave and small refrigerator! The price is cheap.
Negatives: Too noisy every nigh. Poeple are talking loudly, even turned on car stereo at 9pm. Try to call hotel and refused to answer. We stayed for 3 nights, no room clean service. You must go to front table to ask new cleaning towels. There are bugs and mosquitoes

Positives: The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This hotel is very quiet and laid back yet in the heart of restaurants and stores and had very reasonable rates.
Negatives: Our room was mostly clean but we found a few spots the cleaning staff missed.
