The staff are amazing and very kind. The inside of the hotel is very clean and staff are so. Accommodating.
Negatives:
Breakfast is never there anymore, the only thing they have is coffee and a few other things, but apparently the key is never left for the main breakfast items. There are a lot of families who depend on that because they live here and can’t afford a lot of food for breakfast. It would be better to have extra for the people that take too much and don’t appreciate it. The pool is beyond help, it’s broken and yet to be fixed and the water is murky and dirty, the customers cant even enjoy a swim in the hot weather.

This was a very unpleasant experience where I couldn't even stay the night. I checked into my room around 6pm in hopes to relax. However, the room was dirty, the bathroom was not well cleaned, the noise from the hallway, found two roaches, stove was dirty, and people were doing drugs. This place needs to be inspected, it most certainly have many violations. I did not feel safe in this property.Very sketchy hotel and guests. I left within hours of check-in.

No access to the pool it was closed. The room was full of roaches and bugs also they moved my room to another room and full of roaches n bugs let out couch was broke it was stuck had to have one of my son to help but we wasn't strong enough to put down ask for assistance from the property manager they told me to wait and never pushed it down. Almost everything in both of the room was broken 310&349 and very sadly directly across from my room a young lady passed away she died and the room so I wasn't allowed access to my room for hours.

unreliable service request and misleading management team tv did not work in the room which cause me to miss work related program, the night management was notified he states he would replace the next day it did not happen until i went back to him again the next day at that time he pretend he had no idea until i reminded him of our conversation . he later came back and apologize change my room and said he would credit me back for the first night fee this was not done.
