Positives: Very clean in the rooms.
Negatives: Staff was not available on sunday morning around 8am. I went to the lobby twice to find the door closed with a sign stating staff will be right back. I was there around 8am went out for breakfest came back around 835am, still no one at front desk.

Positives: I loved best the professional front desk attendant. Her calm and knowledgeable voice was very welcoming. Customer service is very important to me and that set the tone of my stay.
Negatives: The only thing i did not like was microwave turn table does not work and cause a meal to burn.

Positives: For the most part staff was friendly and provided as much assistance as possible given COVID-19 restrictions.
Negatives: Room did not include chair. I passed by other rooms and chairs were in them. Asked for dishes and some were not available. Cannot recall the particular person's name but she was very rude and short whenever trying to ask for help or request items.
