Negatives: The first room we were assigned was disturbingly disgusting. Walls were filthy and the bed had a roach leg. The bathroom was nasty. The next room as soon as you walked in you see a roach dying on the table. The rooms had a weird scent. People running down the hall. The microwaves are rusted. I’m sad that people who have no choice have to subject themselves to this type of environment. Street workers strolling through the complex looking for work. It was just horrible.

Negatives: There was people walking around all time of the night. Guy smoking weed outside uncomfortable. Women offering other inappropriate services very scary. The parking is bad especially for women being that there homeless people walking around the neighborhood.

Negatives: The best thing there, the staff.. worked well, pleasant, helpful, understanding. However, the actual facilities were dirty and very unkept. Inside the room , some items outdated, old, broken, required changing immediately. No maid service until 2 weeks stay. No one collecting garbage or providing fresh linen. If you want you have to pay to get your room cleaned before the 2 weeks period, I am not a long staying guests. They should flag their guest accordingly in their PMS ( long stay, short stay, few days) and provide cleaning services. This facility should NOT BE SOLD to short staying travelers unless they are informed on what the hotel is also used for housing and tell their short-stay guest so we can select another property if we do not want to be in that situation . Who wants to pay almost $93 per night to be scared. I already paid in full so I did not know if I could cancel and get my funds back. I came from the Caribbean so I was not expecting this and although I was never threatened or hurt, I was not comfortable in this environment. Especially if I am paying to stay, it was not free. 14 nights!!! I was SCARED the 1st 4 days as anyone can see that it is used for persons who may be seeking housing and covered by government subsistence. Also some shady characters around as well ( they were not disrespectful or approaching though) . Kids running up and down, people sitting on chairs in the corridor. the corridors not scrubbed . My family and friends ensured I got into the room safely before driving off. I'm very disappointed in BOOKING.COM for having this as an option on their site. How do their evaluate properties to promote ??? There are 2 other Extended Stay Suites nearby ( wished I had known) that I would recommend rather than this one.
