Most disappointing Marriott I have ever stayed at. The leather bench was all torn up, the bathroom door would not close, the balcony door would not close and we only got cleaning and fresh towels 1 in 4 days. I had to call for towels each day.

The right side of mattress had a deep hole in the middle. Hair was found in the bed. Floor looked dingy and old. Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the bed, the pillows and the rags in the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and on the rags as well. Hair on the floor as well.
