During my 5 nights at HAMPTON INN, everything went well except that my account was debited twice for the price of my room.
(2 crédit cards over 600 usd)
Then after a réservation cancel for 2 Peoples that I made on May 27 against a réservation for 3 peoples in your same hôtel, you have specified via Booking.com that you Will cancel the cancellation fees charged because we stayed in your hotel.
NOW I AM IMPATIENTLY AWAITING THE REMBOURSEMENT OF THESE SUMS WRONGLY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNTS.
I only notice that you collect very quickly but the reimbursements take a long time to be made.
