I liked the front desk staff they were very friendly and helpful! I liked the fitness center, I liked the lobby area. I thought the pool was clean.
Negatives:
I thought the rooms could be cleaner. There was someone’s leftover beard hair on the sink area when we checked into our room and I thought that was gross. The towels for showering in the bathroom also had a weird smell almost like wet cardboard. The shower curtain rod was also broken and drooping so the shower curtain would fall into the middle of the rod and wouldnt stay pulled out from side to side as a result. The beds weren’t very comfortable but I did think the pillows were nice and comfy! The air conditioner filter in our room was nice and clean though, my husband always checks since we have bad allergies. The air conditioner in our room worked great so the temperature in our room was perfect! The hot tub outside needed to be cleaned as there were hair clumps from other guests floating around and a bunch of leaves inside. I also thought they could have had some better options at the complimentary breakfast.
