It was pants. Great pool; but not enough sun beds. Good location; but not fully utilized. Good public spaces; but useless staff and no managers. Kids paradise, and dogs too; but not for me.
Negatives:
Un-professional staff, absent managers. No tea/coffee in room. Very minimal services. Money grabbing $100 per day for 'incidentals' whatever they are. Food was very poor - I sent some back. Room was very basic, no selves / drawers to store stuff. No mirror to do hair in room. I'll not go anywhere near this chain ever again.

The rooms are not very comfortable. There was not enough room for stuff. Suggestion - put hangers in the bathroom and a mirror outside the bathroom ( all 3 mirrors are inside the bathroom).
