My reservation was made Online before arriving the hotel that day, money was deducted feom my account and presented at checking time. Lobby staff told me they couldn't find my reservation and since it was made Online through a third-party there was nothing they could do to allow to stay there. They made me pay again for the same reservation at the hotel in order to give me a room for my toddler and I for the night before we needed to continue to travel to another state. Very disappointed. Until today I am still fighting to get my money back and no direct number to get a hold to anyone. If I wouldn't have additional money with me I would have to spend the night in my car in the street with my baby. Do not recommend at all.

I came down to for a funeral that I MISSED … I had no hot water in my room they moved me to someone else’s room and to come back down and find out they double charged me for my stay 1000 dollars for 2 nights is insane the workers attitudes were horrendous the place had ROACHES I will be contacting corporate because it’s absolutely ridiculous…. Me and my family couldn’t even be with our family in such a traumatic time because of how bad we were inconvenienced!!!!

That the refrigerator didn't work and that they had roach broad acid all going around near the bed the housekeeper didn't clean properly it was someone else's comb under the bed and a stain on the sheets when I asked about the refrigerator the lady at the front desk told me to leave it open and put towels inside of it instead of changing the refrigerator the pool didn't work at all

Housekeeping was rude and didn’t ever take out garbage unless asked. Pool wasn’t clean the first few days. They stole my washcloths out of my room when they cleaned it and never gave us any to begin with. Toilet clogged. The TV didn’t work for six out of the ten nights I was there. I had to keep asking someone to come fix it. Front desk staff (except one guy) was rude. Tub was rusty. Toilet wasn’t cleaned. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and clean my own room! Ridiculous! No amenities. Vending machine eats your money (luckily one front desk guy gave me a a drink out of his own money). They don’t thoroughly clean at all. When I was leaving I moved the nightstand to see if I was leaving anything I may have dropped behind there and a remote was behind it. No shuttle service. Highly disappointed. Go elsewhere if you can! Also, the photos on the website are completely misleading! It looks nothing like that!
