Brianna at the front desk was AMAZING!! Easy to get to location, the desk staff were warm, welcoming, and truly pleasant to work with. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff were very accommodating as far as our particular needs. The cable had limited selection. But the room was very clean and then beds were amazing!

While the staff took very good care of us during our stay, the counter staff seemed very cold and not personable at all. Almost like robots. Providing service above and beyond, but not personable in any way.

The only thing i liked was the location.
Negatives:
The water in the tap, bathtub,toilet was murky. The glass window in the room was super dirty. The elevator was broken. The breakfast eggs were really really bad.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Good selection for breakfast.

I called the week before to see if I could get a early check-in due to changes in my flight. I was told that I could but when I arrived I was told that rooms weren't available until 3:00. I sat around the hotel from 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM.

The room was terrible, with a noisy bathroom fan. The hotel is located next to a truck parking lot that creates a lot of noise throughout the night. Additionally, the breakfast is below average with low quality food.
