At check in the clerk seemed to be in charge of four 9-12 year old children who were riding razor scooters through the lobby. I had to freeze in my tracks to avoid being hit by one. UNACCEPTABLE

I didnt like the cleanliness of my room or the noise levels. I also didnt like how my room lock didnt work properly and each time I wanted to go into my room I had to ask the staff to let me in.

I didn't like this hotel, they only provided 1 wash cloth and then almost every day I gad to ask for one. Had to kill a couple of cockaroach. Will never stay there I will pay extra money to stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Needs a deep clean in the rooms, hallway, breakfast was not replaced when low, small area. Evening front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Morning staff was blah. Needs rollaway beds

Poor service, no daily housekeeping, cockroach found in room, front desk staff keeps changing and had to request multiple times for anything required. Really need to provide better service and work towards it rather than giving free breakfast!
