Nothing special but it was...

It was only about 10-15 minutes from cruise port - excellent restaurant right next to hotel. Pool area is very clean and well maintained

We needed to check in early since our cruise was only next day -unfortunately the hotel is not very welcoming in that there is no lobby to sit in while we waited just two chairs - no public restrooms which is very odd - had to go to restaurant to go to bathroom - its 50.00 extra for early check in early - we were four in our room and they only had two towels and two little soaps -

Terrible staff, dirty, didn’t feel safe. Room was disgusting. Will never stay again, will never recommend and couldn’t wait to get out of there

I won’t be staying there...

It was fairly close to the airport and the cruise port.
Negatives:
Very dirty. Hair in the sink and the shower, and there was an awfully musty smell in the room. Also, there was poo on the wall near the toilet. We didn’t have functioning room keys, because according to reception, there were no functioning keys available. The receptionist the next morning at the desk was screaming on a phone call, and using horrible language, which made the situation very tense. For the price, we were very disappointed.

I believe it was second shift a staff member named Richard. He was absolutely amazing!!!!! & it’s close to the airport.

It was not worth the price. The keys to the room did not work, so the front desk had to keep letting me in my room. Had an extremely weird smell.
